By the presentation of 72 distinct personality profiles, our training improves willingness for cooperation within the team, it attenuates conflicts within the company and makes team players out of team members who have so far been competing and dissenting.
This training was the most popular service of our company in 2012, 2013 and 2014 – and we expect no change in 2015 either. The reason of the success is that our trainees may get a glimpse beyond the scenes in a way which is considered unique on the Hungarian training market. They acquire a kind of knowledge which has been the privilege of the most qualified personnel selection professionals so far.
Our experience shows that in the background of failed attempts for cooperation we always find the team members’ differing perceptions, value systems and attitudes. When we bring these “different worlds” closer to each other, an entirely new dimension of effectiveness opens up.
The two-day (in-door) training brings to the surface problems which have been latent for years, only to disappear without a trace and to give their place to a team working in tune for shared objectives, seeking harmony and capable of renewal and development.
