A revolutionary group dynamics training for leaders, based on personality profiles
Creating a team with an ideal composition is no easy task. It is an exciting challenge, both for HR leaders and for management.
Based on the knowledge of personality profiles, we can put together successful teams, functioning team combinations, and create group dynamics suitable for the development needs of the company. We can predict the pitfalls of certain working relations and we can prevent already foreseeable conflicts.
In the course of our two-day training for leaders we model possible group combinations. Our trainees will learn the characteristics of the basic sources of conflict, the “pits”. We deal with the dynamics of the 5148 personality profiles and we analyse predictable effects of team members upon each other. We cover those team structures which are most likely to function best.
