Characteristics of our test system

Innumerable excellent personality and competency assessment tests exist. Our institute has already worked with most of them as well, thus we experienced their strengths and weaknesses ourselves. In case of most of the psychology tests used today, however, we found a lack of complexity and a lack of reassuring reliability adapted to Hungarian circumstances. Therefore, sixteen years ago we started to develop our own test system. Our primary objective was to create a test system which is adapted to the Hungarian job market, assessing typically Hungarian behaviour patterns and covering all of the most important personality and competency areas. Today we can say that our expectations were fully met. An accurate, flexible, easy to use and complex instrument was born. After many years of research and devoted efforts on behalf of countless counselling colleagues, we created something really valueable.

1. Our test system assesses 64 different personality traits and competency levels: more than quite a few of the currently available tests together.

2. There are 480 contexts contributing to the correlations of the individual traits. These may reveal inner ongoing processes within the personality.

3. Test results are represented in five differentiated value zones. The five-zone representation allows us to see the nuances of a given trait as well.

4. Our test system assesses almost all the characteristics which are measurable by questionnaires. No matter what we are interested in, the answer will be on the graph.

5. Beyond personality assessment we also prepare motivation analyses which allow us to see which motivation tools should be used in order to achieve a spectacular improvement.

Taking our tests requires 1.5 – 2 hours. Depending on the specificities of the given area of use, 3 (yes-maybe-no), 5 (typical – atypical degree scale) or 10 factors (0 to 9 range) may be used to provide the answers. The reliability and the validity of our instruments are checked every year.

When ready, the processed results are summarized in spectacular graphs and are handed over in a discrete way, within the framework of an approximately 1-1.5 hour motivation test interview. During the interview, test scores are fine-tuned and hidden reasons behind the individual test results are explored as well. Our primary intention is to demonstrate the real value of our work by producing fully accurate personality profiles which are free from any doubts.
